The Civic Engagement and Transparency Facility (CETF) works to the benefit of the Bulgarian civil society by engaging non-governmental organisations in societal projects across the country between 2024 and 2029.

CETF has started

On July 30th, 2024 the Swiss Confederation and the Republic of Bulgaria signed Support Measure Agreement for the Civic Engagement and Transparency Facility (CETF), establishing the work of the Civic Engagement and Transparency Facility as part of the Swiss-Bulgarian Co-operation Programme. The facility has three components: capacity building, two grant funding lines and three lighthouse projects.

First meeting of the Steering Committee, 04.11.2024 г.

On November 4th, 2024, the first meeting of the Steering Committee - a strategic instrument for CETF - will take place in Sofia.
